Roman Torment were the combined efforts of Evan Pacewicz (Moth Drakula/Swampland) & Jeff Witscher (Impregnable/Callow God) at the height of the short lived but very important LA harsh noise scene of the early 00's. Together they wove a blanket of brutal crumbling razor-honed electronics. Inspired less by contemporaries or legendary acts and more by film, literature, photography, poetry and what Swampland Press refers to now as "romantic nihilism" the duo was able to carve a permanent scar into the face of harsh electronics.
Their entire lifespan clocking in at under two years, playing only a handful of shows and releasing very crushing and precise releases on Chondritic Sound, Hospital Productions, PacRec/Troniks, Trash Ritual and the legendary Il Corral's own label Anarchymoon, as well as their own imprints - the groups short existence was as incendiary and immediate as the music they created.

Available for the first time is the complete and definitive discography of this notable and dearly loved project.
