Quiet Husband (Side A) is the moniker of London-based multidisciplinary Richie Culver– known for thoughtfully weaving intensely visual apocalyptic loops and noise with distorted and driving slow-dissolve-time-release electronic beats. The opening piece serves as the stark backdrop of the 5-part narrative occupying Side B, as told by the voice of Geoffrey Hardman from the Texas-based power electronics band Gay Death; the story of an impossible power dynamic that has created a slowly-simmering situation that is moments away from becoming unstoppably destructive to everybody involved.
