Drowning The Virgin Silence
by Drowning the Virgin Silence
Professionally dubbed cassette tape housed in full color j-card and encased in clear tape shells. Four interchangeable covers depending on the fold.
A return to the post-industrial sound exploration of my earliest solo project founded in 2004, Drowning the Virgin Silence. A guise informed by Spanish Surrealism and DADA ethos.
Escombros is inspired by the new series of ink drawings which adorn the cover. The first side features four older pieces, released digitally at some point but never physically. The second side is a very recent composition utilizing the same instrumentation of manipulated tape loops, bowed metal, and found percussion.
